Advocating for 27J kids

Protecting innocence:
27J School Kids First

Title IX

Title IX is a 1972 federal law prohibiting sex-based discrimination in any educational program or activity that receives federal financial assistance

About Us

Storytelling

What we believe

We believe that a school district should have a policy that respects boys and girls.

We believe that a bathroom should be exclusive to a child's biological gender.

No child should have to feel uncomfortable using what would be a private matter.

Keep boys and girls separate when using bathrooms.

Keep our children innocent.

A child's gender cannot be changed--xx or xy.

White Structure

27J has created its own policy following Colorado, but refuses to place this policy online. Why is 27J scared to post this policy? Why are they trying to hide stuff from parents.
27J policy:
A child may go into the other sex bathroom, after declaring they are transgender and must meet with the superintendent prior to this. After they have declared they are transgender they must keep that gender and "can not go back and forth".
So, a boy may be in the bathroom with girls and girls may be in the bathroom with boys.

27J is committed to providing a safe, respectful learning and working environment, free from harassment and discrimination? Are they?

Colorado Survey

27J has decided to implement a survey put on by the state of Colorado that hides in a "Health Survey" ask questions like:

-Are you transgender

-Which of the following best describes you, Hetero sexual, gay or lesbian, bisexual, pansexual, asexual...

These questions have nothing to do with education and 27J school board members should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this.
