Title IX is a 1972 federal law prohibiting sex-based discrimination in any educational program or activity that receives federal financial assistance

27J chooses to follow Colorado and allow boys into girls bathrooms/locker rooms/ and sports. 27J school board refuses to give females their rights to private spaces.  

27J is violating title IX and deserves to have federal funding cut. 
 

27J is committed to providing a safe, respectful learning and working environment, free from harassment and discrimination? Are they?
